While doing gate 2 of Kakul-Saydon, my friend and I disconnected with 4 bars left while the other 2 continued to finish the gate. Our experience with disconnecting didn’t have a pop-up, the screen froze and sent us back to the server screen. They finished the gate and claimed their boxes while we were logging back in. When we entered back into the raid we couldn’t proceed, but the other 2 were able to go onto gate 3 without us. I know that when something like this happens you can get a ticket in 10 mins to 24 hours, but it’s showing that I’ve completed it already; I’m assuming this is because I don’t have a ticket to have a re-entry into Kakul-Saydon. We had a similar situation in Valtan and Vykas today where several people disconnected during the raids, but they were able to claim their boxes and continue on to the rest of the gates.
Another issue I’ve had today with the update is having to repair my files when I try to load the game. I think the EAC files are corrupted and it’s happened to me a couple of times. I forgot to take a picture of the error code, but if I get it again I’ll edit and add it in later.
I’m sorry for the disconnect during the Kakul-Saydon gate 2. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.
