Disconnected in Valtan G2 - no rewards

Dear Support team,

As I was doing Valtan G2 I got disconnected in the ghost phase and when I reconnected they had already cleared it. The result was getting no rewards. Is there a way to get the rewards/another ticket to join?

I’m sorry to know you had a disconnection issue while in a Valtan run.

Regarding this, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If the disconnection was indeed a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I wanted to share a good word regarding Amazon. I have been very disappointed with how Amazon handled a lot of things during the past few months, but regarding this issue, I have been very impressed. I got a response within 10 minutes of posting the issue, and a restoration ticket less than 24 hours from the incident.
