I was doing Oreha Hard (the one with the dragon) and i disconnected mid last boss. When i came back, i could not buy the chest, and now it says i cant enter anymore this week.
Well, this is a huge bummer since this was on my Reaper, and now im stuck with 2 items that i cannot upgrade because i dont have the materials for it as it bugged out, meaning i wont be able to push my Reaper.
I heard that some times Amazon gives tickets for dungeon entrys to people where this kind of thing happens. Anyone know how to get them? The live chat on Lost Ark’s website is not working.
Just as an additional note, i did an argus run afterwards and there were a total of 9 disconnects throughout the dungeon. Gladly no one disconnected on a kill, but there were 5 guys disconnecting at once. servers might be acting up.
Please help, i really need to get my entry refunded otherwise Rip Reaper…
I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your disconnection during your Oreha run, I know how frustrating this can be, specially on hard mode. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
I haven’t been playing too much but today i noticed that a bunch of people on my several runs of content have been disconnecting as well, which makes me feel better, not for their disconnects, but it reassures me it is certainly a known issue and action is being taken.
I hope to get my ticket soon then, it was defenitelly not a ISP issue as i was on discord and kept talking to my friends!
