Got disconnected after Argos do his big AOE during phase 2 and 3. As a result all my progress is gone for the whole run. Is there a way to recieve the reward or atleast compensation for this??

Can we get any official respone on this crash to desktop, disconnect etc stuff after todays hotfix? Because, till this goes on its pretty risky to start any abyssal raid, dungeon, etc.

yeah 2 of us got DCed but only me got no rewards. they should fix this issue ASAP its scary to run 8 man raids now
It is a 1 entrance for the entire week, i was rushing ilvl to do P3 with my teammates the entire past week and get no rewards because of a 2sec disconnect, so frustating
Im just hoping we got compensated with reentry as my friend says

@Roxx I already reported this on CS but it seems getting the reentry ticket is slow. Hoping this issue gets resolved.

too bad there’s still no reentry ticket in my mail and weekly reset is just hours from now 
With that ping as high as he did to play the game, you must be very pro. 234ms pro gamer and others complain with ping from 31 to 100ms
amazing 
200-234 ms is still fine I dont feel the lag but if server spikes to 300 above thats where the problem is when doing raids and abyss
this doesnt help, I didn’t recieve any reentry and its been a week now.

how fast is your internet? I went to stay with my mom for a few days to do some work. I tried playing one night and I got discounted a lot. She very slow internet.and i
mine is 40 mbps. actually 2 raid members got DCed during the run while discord is still online while we talk about the same issue happened to the others last 2 weeks.
Same happened to me P3 Argos. This is a major issue considering this is a weekly dungeon. I have yet to be granted a re- entry or loot compensation.
