After asking some help with amazon games support , they told me to ask over here, so i’m doing it :
i was playing Challenge Abyssal Dungeon, Road of Lament and i got disconnected by the server for no reason mid gate 2 , i tried to come back and got disconneted again in the select character screen and then when i finnaly made it , no one was there and i got kicked out by the game from the dungeon and did not get any rewards. On top of that i can’t enter anymore. So am i gonna get a refund or ticket or something like that ?

Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Challenge Abyss Dungeon.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, we expect the delivery of the replacement ticket to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
