Disconnecting every 20 minutes and being loaded to Server Select

I am getting this error code (w0x9-spelpwp1p2pt) every 20-30 minutes and getting disconnected from the game. But the game doesn’t shut down and I can immediately connect back at the server select screen.

So far I’ve tried:

Repairing anti cheat
Reinstalling lost ark
Validating game files through Steam

But still having no luck. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

Hello mokokohunter1,

Welcome to the Lost Ark’s Forums. ʕᵔᴥᵔʔ

Thank you for your report on our Forums, I also want to thank you for sharing the troubleshooting you’ve already made so far for this issue.

For this issue I want to confirm if you already applied this troubleshooting related with the Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6) is disable:

  1. Open Windows settings.
  2. Go to your Network&Internet section.
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings.
  4. Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
  5. Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  6. Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
  7. After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
  1. Re-launch Lost Ark.

Thanks for all your feedback and I’ll pending for your reply. :man_mage: :small_blue_diamond:

    1. Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.

There are 2 boxes next to it , top and bottom , which of the 2 should be unchecked ?

Hello @VindicatorOFThey

I hope you are doing well.

Please uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6(TCP/IPv6) button and save the settings before verifying the integrity of game files to complete the above mentioned troubleshooting.

I hope this helps. Cheers! :tada:

Sorry for my delay VindicatorOFThey,

I also want to thank ThunderWolf for all the help provided, please let us know if after doing that troubleshooting the problem still persists. c(ˆ⌣ˆc)

It seems like the problem is persisting even after trying the solution you provided. From my anecdotal standpoint, it seems to happen most frequently during times when servers are more likely to be overloaded (e.g. weekends).

Hi @Cactacea , bumping this again to see if there’s a solution!
