Disconnection from abyss dungeon

Hello sir/ma’am,

So I came across an issue that happened to me the other day. I was working towards completing the abyss dungeon. After, several sweaty attempts in pursuit of defeating the boss, I was disconnected from the game.

I thought nothing of it, since disconnecting from the game is a common issue for most. So I proceeded to think nothing of it and thought it would be in my best interest in attempting it the next day.

Instead of opening up a different game to play, I made the wise decision to rest my body. I wanted to prepare myself physically and mentally. As I lay in my bed waiting to fall asleep I uttered to myself a small prayer that the servers would be more stable.

Finally, the awaited day arrived where I can turn my utter defeat and redeem myself into a sound of victory. As I made way to launch the game, I was overcome with an eerie feeling, but brushed it off without dismay. Unfortunately, my bad premonition stands correct. I was prompted with red bold letters stating that my weekly limit was reached.

My initial reaction was total disabelief and then anger. I was thinking to myself over and over myself the different possiblities, explanations, and I had absolutely none. What did I do to deserve this cruelty? What did I do to deserve this punishment Gods of Lost Ark? I have always lived in a way that is righteous. Could it be some sort of punishment for a mistake I made in the past? I needed answers now!

I acted swiftly and without haste I utilized all the available resources familiar to me at my disposal Reddit, Lost Ark forums, and etc. Many hours of reading and countless similar horror stories later. I made the conclusion that it had to be the disconnection that had happened the other day.

I have a request to make heed to my cries and make this wrong into right. Thank you.

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe. 
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
