Disconnected from server just as I finished Deskaluda at the MVP screen, log back in and I was move to town since everyone in my party did not wait for me. The soul is count as harvested, how do I get my loots back?

I’m sorry for the issue during the Deskaluda Dungeon. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please remember:
- The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 24-48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Yep, they are not even gonna doing anything about it. It’s fine tho, not the end of the world, I pay nothing for this game anyway.
Same thing just happen on my alt again, such bad luck with this game. Fix this PLEASE!!!
OMFG, valtan, reset 2 times due to party mate DC, vykas reset 1 time due DC, myself DC at the end of vykas and the guy wins the bit with 50g for a grudge book. I AM SO PISS NOW!!!

I’m so sorry that you are still having disconnection problem.
Regarding to the disconnection issue the team is aware of the problem and they are working to fix it.
They recently added an update in the game to still working on the issue.
