You all work here on Amazon gaming, the same way people were working at Twitter before Elon Musk bought it. 20min a day having 200 meetings, coffee breaks, and then sauna or what the fuck you lot are doing, because you can’t have server issues for over a month and not know what the problem is if you’d do your job properly. Bunch of overpaid clowns which after 20m they feel like they worked 8 hours.

I have couple of questions.
-Currently we are having DC problems almost for a month now, what you are saying is kinda implying something has done for it in the current maintenance, if yes why we are not having any transparent information flow according to work you are doing?
If i misunderstood that and nothing has done about DCs in the past maintenance, how everytime we have maintenance something gets broken or goes worse than before?
-Still we have no clear information about DC issues after almost a month, what is the cause, what is done to prevent or fix it. Minding the fact that we have new upcoming raid next week, none of you community managers said a word about potential fix about this issue except ‘working on it’ and ‘let the team know’. I (and probably everyone) need answer to a simple question, Are we getting potential fix next week?
-Another point, since you(by you i mean the so called ‘dev’ team) has logs/backlogs and infrastructure to see DC reports, who is getting these DCs and which error code they are getting; Are these ‘please post your character name and server under this’ posts just for creating false sense of security and feeling of being heard to shut us up or to create placebo effect?
-Do you have a test server to test implements before releasing live patches?
and my last question
-Is this the max level of incompetency or should we expect more?

All valid questions, ShieldMaiden is new so she may not have caught up on everything or have some of these answers yet, try to cut her a little slack she’s actually put in extra effort today already to get these issues attention.

to be honest i didn’t know ShieldMaiden is new, but all i know is everytime these things happen we give very useless information over and over while they can reach that information so easily from logs. (except when specific character gets stuck inside a dungeon/loading screen or quest, these infos are totally irrelevant)
