Same issue here.
Got the error when I entered the realm of elementals dungeon. I’m locked out of my shadowhunter since then as I keep getting the same error message then the game exits, however, I can access the rest of my characters.
US WEST - Enviska
Issue seems to be occurring only for Enviska, and only certain areas. As far as I know, cities are safe but islands, ship liners, and instances will crash your game.
I’ll try a chaos dungeon and update. OK tried to go in on an alt that had also been kicked out. Straight to desktop. Once you’ve received the error on a char you can’t get back in on it. This smells like the Easy Anti Cheat update I got on loading today? Never had this problem before
I am also experiencing the same thing, tried to go inside x301 area 7 , now game just kicks me out whenever i log into my main .

same cant get on the alt i wanna play…
Same thing happened to me. Went in to X-301 instance. Got G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT error coded, now I can’t even get past the character select screen. Server is also Enviska.
Same, it appears to be a major US West server issue. which is kicking at weird times for everyone.
Once you’re out you’re out. I have 2 chars that can’t log in. Not gonna log in on the other alts till this is fixed.
I think you are right with it being tied to the EAC update though. I just had it update today and I have never gotten this error beforehand.
having the same issue after using the ocean liner, Enviska server as well.
So I figured that Going in Chaos Dungeons , Use Ocean Liner, Going in Stormy Ocean, Few Other Continents with certain place will lock you account out. You will have to do manual sailling. Also the safest place right now is outside Arkesia World Map.
Tried to login on alt and got the same error.
PvP is working so im just spamming pvp games until this mess is over.

Add me to the list. Enviska. Entered a dungeon and poof can’t play anymore. Also seems like new characters can’t play either.
Getting same problem on Enviska on one character which was in a story instance in a place called Promise hill, Tika forest, Punika. Spent gold to get him to t3 and buy out shops before reset and got stuck mid story.
Still happening for me. When will we be getting an update?

I’m having this same issue on the Enviska server. My main character got this error when trying to load into Twilight Chapel dungeon. Now I can’t load into that character at all. My other characters work fine.
I am on Enviska and have had the issue for the last 3 hours. Depending on the character and what I am doing but it ALWAYS about the zoning into somewhere.
Makes it hard to complete things before our 8hr maint.
Also on NA:West, Enviska. Went into Redfin Den and kicked and getting the same error. Is it the server or just certain areas?
