So I figured that Going in Chaos Dungeons , Use Ocean Liner, Going in Stormy Ocean, Few Other Continents with certain place will lock you account out. You will have to do manual sailling. Also the safest place right now is outside Arkesia World Map.
Tried to login on alt and got the same error.
PvP is working so im just spamming pvp games until this mess is over.

Add me to the list. Enviska. Entered a dungeon and poof can’t play anymore. Also seems like new characters can’t play either.
Getting same problem on Enviska on one character which was in a story instance in a place called Promise hill, Tika forest, Punika. Spent gold to get him to t3 and buy out shops before reset and got stuck mid story.
Still happening for me. When will we be getting an update?

I’m having this same issue on the Enviska server. My main character got this error when trying to load into Twilight Chapel dungeon. Now I can’t load into that character at all. My other characters work fine.
I am on Enviska and have had the issue for the last 3 hours. Depending on the character and what I am doing but it ALWAYS about the zoning into somewhere.
Makes it hard to complete things before our 8hr maint.
Also on NA:West, Enviska. Went into Redfin Den and kicked and getting the same error. Is it the server or just certain areas?
If its only some areas, can a mod move me, name- Totemohayai

was that alt a lvl 50? i seem to not be able to log into anything lvl 50 right now.

I talked to a live support person and they said to wait for 2-3 days and try to relog to see what happens. During this time they will have a dev come and look it over in those 2 - 3 days. SO WERE JUST LOCKED OUT OF OUR MAINS TILL ITS FIXED…
Also I couldnt even start my artillery character cause i get the same error on a fresh lv 10 character wtf man
And I thought NC-Soft was bad.

Thanks Amazon! You got this fixed in time! I had given up making the deadline for the vendor. I had just finished the main quest on Punica but was crashing to desktop. Because you guys got it done I was able to run 2 chaos gates and get my level up to 1302 so I could catch the tier 3 goodies from the vendor before the turnaround. 
is there a fix indeed? i have been facing this error since the beginning and still am? Any work around?
