Disconnects during final raid encounter - Twice in 2 days

I have been playing non stop since release, and never had any issues with the stability of the game.
However, in the past 2 days, I lost two entry tickets because the game just crashed.
Also, it was kinda weird crashes, because the game does not fully close. It just “Alt-Tabs” me to the desktop, and continues to run in the background. I can hear the game sound for a bit and then it just flatlines. I have to forcibly close the game after that.

The problem is that I lost 2300g+2700g respectively on my alts.
One was an Argos run, the other a normal Valtan G2 clear.

Is it an automated system that checks if I can get my tickets back or should I be posting somewhere on a support line.

Really need that 5k gold.

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on these crashes during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

Here are some things you can try in order to check on the stability of the game:

  1. Ensure your video drivers are up to date.
  2. Set Windows power settings to High Performance.
  • Press Windows + R, type “powercfg.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
  • Select the radio button next to the High performance power plan. You may need to click Show additional plans first.
  1. Adjust your in-game video settings. (sometimes just changing them back and forth will reset the issue)
  2. Clean boot Windows by following these instructions:
    How to perform a clean boot in Windows (to reduce startup applications/Check for Malware).
  3. Reset your video driver software to the default settings.
  4. Check for evidence of overheating.
  5. Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check

I just logged into my 2nd alt and I got the ticket for my valtan g2. So Maybe I will get one for my other alt a bit later as well.

I get the reasoning behind the ticket restore process. I just don’t always agree with it.
