- I was not able to click purple to dismantle so I had to click each purple item.

I did 2x chaos dungeon and 0 gem.
Something is wrong so it might be bug!
Not getting loot from Chaos Dungeons you expect has been a reported issue since launch. It’s working as intended – sometimes you just get little or no loot of certain kinds due to RNG. Other days you get a ton of the same stuff and it overflows into pet inventory.
I don’t understand the first one.

Dismantle → click “EPIC” all you have in your bag. I couldnt do it for no reason.

Thank you for bringing up how the dismantling did not provide you any gems. Unfortunately, this is not a bug or something we can correct as it is, indeed, expected behavior and the result of RNG.

Also I meant I clicked “EPIC” and I had epic items in my bag. They didnt move to dismantle window for no reason. It can be bug, yes! Which it means you need to relog or so.

I was doing 2x chaos dungeon on alt and no a single gem dropped. First time it happened to me!

Thank you for following up on this one with further details. Regarding the drop from the chaos dungeon, this can happen based on RNG.
As far as having clicked to dismantle Epic items and these not moving to the dismantle window, that does sound like a bug and we could check on it should you have any screenshots or information that can help us recreate the issue. Alternately, do not hesitate letting us know if this happens again in the future so it can be reviewed.
