Specialty Tooltip Broken

I’ve tried finding information on this, but the only two posts about it never received a response. I’ve turned the setting off, but the skill description (skill tripods etc.) still displays when I hover over my skills. I play a ranged class and I often find myself pointing south to attack something and I will sometimes wind up hovering over a skill in that process, causing the huge pop up which obstructs my view and is detrimental to the ease of gameplay. Posted about this previously in game support, got a runaround and no information passed to dev team. Please fix this. I have the setting turned off and I hate that the popups happen when I’m trying to redirect my character and my mouse ends up hovering over a skill on my way to do my placement resulting in a popup taking up a lot of my visual space.
