Since 500+ whales got banned at 1 am today, you guys haven’t posted about auto suspension for huge players. What can we do about this happening with auto-reply customer service? Is that everything you guys can say “Please appeal your ban?”
Do something. It has been happening for 8 hours already.

Unfortunately, the ban appeals are only handle via web ticket. Ban appeals are reviewed by our moderation team only, there is no need to contact chat support as none of the agents will be able to help or provide information about the ban, once you have submitted the ban appeal you just need to wait for our moderation team to send you an email with the resolution.
Once again, I really apologize for the problems of this bans may cause.
