@NazTheEternal, I’ve leveled a character to 50 and got the PowerPass on that server. Then I’ve tested logging in another server to see if I had the PowerPass there and I did not have it.
What I don’t know is, if I manually level a character to 50 on that new server, will I unlock the PowerPass again (considering I’ve already used the two on the initial server)? People in the Lost Ark discord are saying no. It would be good if @Roxx could:
-Explain to us how the powerpasses work (2 per account or 2 per every new server when you meet the requirements)
-If only 2 per account, then do they have any plans to help people in our situation?
Im currently on Una Us east server… looking for some people to play with/grow with and grind… Im willing to reroll on a new server once f2p launches soon. Any takers!?? LEts do it
One thing to note is that as Founders we get a Power Pass to start with, so this will not be available on the new server is my understanding - yet to be confirmed by Devs.
I don’t see why they would or could not give people a power pass to use on a new server? I hit level 50 yesterday on Mari but most of my friends are F2P and will not be able to join my server. Should I spend all that time grinding to 50 again? As punishment for giving them money for this game? It really seems feasible and easy solution to give a free power pass on new server to people who reached 50 on a locked server…
we are not asking for a free power pass thats not going to happen because they are cheap,what we are asking is when we manually lvl a character to 50 and u reach the ealyn quest u will get 2 power pass,we are asking that if we do that on a new server will be able to get it too since we claimed on another server
still not good,because a lot of people redeem the power pass on imagine for example…Zinnervale,then they have there 3 characters at 50,and they want to change servers with their friends,they are fucked

First: Thank you for a great pre-launch, my personal experience has been fantastic.
That said, my good words about your game finally motivated my best friend to try it out aswell. With my chosen server being locked, I’ll have to start on a new one (no problem!). If we do not get a new powerpass, that would be my first “feels bad”-moment with the game. I just unlocked it before logging off last night when I hadn’t seen that servers are locked.
Now I know it’s very generous that you offered them to us at all but I’d love if you could think about awarding us a powerpass on another server. Awarding might be the wrong word, I don’t want an extra one, I’d be perfectly fine if the one not used would be taken away and I could play to Vern again to unlock it again.
The only way I’d even remotely consider moving servers is if I got 3 power passes on new server, so I could have 3 level 50s just like I do on Avesta. Amazon has really messed this up, but did anyone expect different?
The issue comes from people who have claimed power passes and founders boxes on a server that got locked away from there friends. While a lot of people are willing to reroll on another server, and there is partial founders pack compensation, missing the two claimed powerpasses is missing two free alts. I don’t mind leveling again for the 2 extra powerpasses but having to level 3 new characters to get back to the same spot feels bad.

From looking things over, I want to say that the powerpasses are actually roster based. It would make sense that after hitting level 50, you would receive your powerpass on a new server again. However, it did explicitly state that these were per ACCOUNT. Some clarification from Amazon would be great.
It appears as though these are REGION bound, not server bound. Anyone who has redeemed their powerpasses already will not be receiving more for that region.
