still not good,because a lot of people redeem the power pass on imagine for example…Zinnervale,then they have there 3 characters at 50,and they want to change servers with their friends,they are fucked

Agreed…changing servers shouldn’t be so punishing, especially if no character server transfers are available.
First: Thank you for a great pre-launch, my personal experience has been fantastic.
That said, my good words about your game finally motivated my best friend to try it out aswell. With my chosen server being locked, I’ll have to start on a new one (no problem!). If we do not get a new powerpass, that would be my first “feels bad”-moment with the game. I just unlocked it before logging off last night when I hadn’t seen that servers are locked.
Now I know it’s very generous that you offered them to us at all but I’d love if you could think about awarding us a powerpass on another server. Awarding might be the wrong word, I don’t want an extra one, I’d be perfectly fine if the one not used would be taken away and I could play to Vern again to unlock it again.

The only way I’d even remotely consider moving servers is if I got 3 power passes on new server, so I could have 3 level 50s just like I do on Avesta. Amazon has really messed this up, but did anyone expect different?
The issue comes from people who have claimed power passes and founders boxes on a server that got locked away from there friends. While a lot of people are willing to reroll on another server, and there is partial founders pack compensation, missing the two claimed powerpasses is missing two free alts. I don’t mind leveling again for the 2 extra powerpasses but having to level 3 new characters to get back to the same spot feels bad.
We dont need 3 instant 50,whjat we need is the ealyn quest to give us 2 power pass on that server after we manually lvl up to 50 one character

From looking things over, I want to say that the powerpasses are actually roster based. It would make sense that after hitting level 50, you would receive your powerpass on a new server again. However, it did explicitly state that these were per ACCOUNT. Some clarification from Amazon would be great.

It appears as though these are REGION bound, not server bound. Anyone who has redeemed their powerpasses already will not be receiving more for that region.

This is also wrong. I could not use my power pass on a different server. I essentially get zero now that I changed servers as they asked.
I swapped from a server after the pack announcement, now I’m being punished for doing this? This is weird.
I was about to switch from Valtan to Mari but I already claimed the first power pass on my Valtan character.
So now I’m screwed because even if I level a new character to 50 on Mari, I won’t be able to get the power pass? This really sucks…
Same here used my powerpass on zinner then moved becuse of 10h que an promises of compensation for moving to new server but still no founderspack on new server and lost 1 powerpass, feels so bad to be punished for pre buying and suporting the game, please @Roxx atleast give me my powerpass back dont even care about the founders pack or progress i lost just the powerpass i lost from moving
same i created a character on another server yesterday didn’t get the founders pack so idk i’ll wait till i get it until i invest time on it…
I did more research into this and the way it works technically is 2 power passes per account (or region maybe?).
We were told that the the power pass will work cross-server though, which is clearly wrong. So in my case, I now have one pass tied to Valtan server, and when I get to 50 in Mari server I’ll have one in Mari, but that is 2/2 passes for my account/region.
As long as you don’t use your power pass on Zinner then you can get 1 more pass if you level a new character to 50 in your preferred server. But if you already used it on Zinner, then the game automatically gives you a second power pass on the character that was boosted, so that will be 2/2.
Regardless, we need to be compensated for this because the information given to us that it was going to be cross-server was completely false. They either need to change the power pass so they are cross-server, or compensate us with another pass. I can still get one power pass when I lv to 50 in Mari, but my first pass will be stuck on Valtan.
I don’t know if someone already mentioned it but there is a system called knowledge transfer in the game. You can boost your alts to a certain point in the story (North Vern and later). The thing is you have to pay gold to do this. To boost an alt to North Vern you have to pay 600 gold.
Yes thats how i figured so in my case i lost my first one because i had to switch server and abandon that roster… i should be fairly easy for them to just grant another one with the second founders pack for people on new servers i would Think. I mean i paid for pre launch to get progress before other people but was not able to play much becuse of ques and maintenence on pre launch and then got rolled back to start 3 days after f2p players , ok fine ill catch up and the money suports the game atleast but on top of thati lost 1 powerpass and that hurt the most becuse it is worth time to not have to level or use resource to knowlege transfer so atleast give me my power pass back on the new server @roxx
I agree with you. In the end it was miscommunication from them which resulted in this. They specifically stated the passes will be cross-server and not server-bound, and as a result a lot of people got screwed over. We’re all hoping for compensation for this.
