Hi, I have one simple question and I am kinda confused. Do you lose your currency when you claim something? For instance, when I have 20 island tokens and claim something for 10 island tokens, do I lose them or is it just a progress bar so I can claim all of these items?

Until I claim my first mokoko seed collection reward and seen all those seed requirements for rewards, I was scared to collect them all for 5-10 times for all rewards too
