About 10 hours ago, a lot of people got their weekly abyss dungeon cancelled by Amazon Games Studio by giving a 100 second notice in game before the server shut down, and they are not planning on doing anything about it. Do you guys think that this is a normal behavior to just screw over thousands of players and not give out reset ticket (which they have been doing for the past days when this occured) and now the answer the support gives is :

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are working hard to improve the overall stability of our severs so that they do not experience this issue in the future.
However, we are unable to compensate for this occurrence.
We look forward to see you soon.

On this move alone, all 7 other players of my guild are blocked at the first 8 man raid of “Gate of Paradise”, unable to do the next one because you need to finish the first one, but you can’t finish the first one if Amazon removed you the ability to do it.
This is probably a loss of thousands of matierals but that is not that big of a deal (Its really a huge one but well). Its mostly unfair not to be granted a free reset like others had days ago.
Is this how AGS treats their players who spent hundreds of hours in the game ?
What’s your opinion on that guys ?
