Does a legendary pants give you more health and damage etc than a blue pants?

Like if you upgrade both to level 10?

Or are they identical with the exception the legendary is a set piece?

Yes they will but not as much as weapon. Strength, intelligence stat going up = more dps

damn I ended up rehoning my purple set from scratch I didn’t know you could transfer the honing level from the previous blue gear so wasted my materials.

So that blue gear can only be thrown away now? I assume it’s now useless?

i have 2 legendary skins s1 / s2 on RU but the stats changes almost nothing in case o dmg etc , its just majority for Virtue stats …
