Does AGS care about their players?

@Roxx I was falsely banned for 6 days and finally got unbanned. During this time I and probably many others have missed out on Dailies/Weeklies on all our characters, GvG islands, Procyon compass events, the new Fever event, Raids, login rewards, and guild siege, etc.

2 WEI CARD Spawns on Na east Una in the same week I was banned that I could not get, and crystalline aura that was wasted that was bought at all time high crystal prices.

What AGS is doing with the bots seems great but when innocent players are also banned for no reason for almost a week or more is ridiculous. We players affected by this DESERVE quality compensation and not just the same compensation every player seems to be getting this week.

If nothing is done, then it really goes to show AGS does not care what happens to its players.

It’s something you need to talk to support here no one can help you my friend also blocked and now the event is over and he is fucked

I have tried to contact support but they cant do anything and told me to make a forums post.

contact CM directly, still think noone will help u on forums.

How would I contact them directly, I doubt they will reply on twitter, is the forums not the best bet?

directly on forums, u send them private msg. And yes they usually answer if its not something utterly stupid.

CMs can say they care about players, but the executives who make the final decisions for AGS at the end really don’t.

They care about us as much as sg <3

so make sure to pin screenshot where u spent 500+ $ on lost ark in steam, that might help XDDDDD

think some of you need to realize what a CM is…

A CM (as nice as they might be) are a damage mitigation device implemented by the company to control narratives, delete criticisms and project the friendliest face possible while the people who honestly care nothing about the players or our feelings make decisions behind the curtain to maximize profits… I mean… no insult meant to the CM’s, they do their job the best they can but that “job” only goes so far in reaching a solution for those who ask for assistance. an old song comes to mind, maybe practice this instead.

Ouch. Yeah I think support need to do the right thing if everything you claimed is true.

Yea I understand its not the CM’s fault, I’m not blaming them. Its AGS fault but this is also pretty much the only way to try to get info to AGS through the CMs. Since support cant help and they redirect us back to the forums. I know alot of players were not affected so they dont care but if you were banned for almost a week for absolutely nothing I’m sure they would be mad too. You also can’t post on forums when your banned so you cant even really fight back to express whats happening.

If I was unexplainably banned for a week, erroneously and I wasn’t offered a personal apology and an explanation up front Id be GONE. I don’t say that rhetorically or hyperbolically. This forum is full of people pretending they would quit if certain conditions were met, but I THINK this company, and any other game company for that matter, owe us just a little bit more. A little bit more decency, a little bit more ethically, and certainly a little bit more personally. I certainly think they owe YOU a fair apology, and acknowledgment of wrongdoing in addition to a nice gift basket of “forget-me-nots” that would help sooth your recent experience. we all know bad things happen, but when they do the best we can do is own up to our mistakes and do what we can to make it right. I expect the same from a company I subscribe to.
