Well reality check - this isn’t work. And you are not working for them (luckily!), nor they are working for you. You do not own the company and they do not owe anything to you. Your are merely a player and you are asking for contracts and internal tasks infos? Can you not see how delusional that is?
Players in 2022 think they are owed too much.

Anyway, to answer you :
No where i am asking to have a contract sent to me or whoever or a PDF or whatever they signed, but just how the “global” tasks are splitted its no “secret” in like 99% of games.
And it is clearly not “off topic” as the topic is “does giving feedback even matter in NA/EU” , my question makes sense : if we are adressing our issues to the wrong people yes it won’t “matter”.
Of course we could argue that maybe AGS will do send it over to SG if needed be etc. But still it would be better to “know”.
So as i said and once more : i am not asking for contracts, name of employees or exact tasks, im asking simple stuff like : is it fully in SG’s hands the balance of classes or can NA/EU feedback have an impact on that. Same goes for ressources etc. or is it a shared task etc.
See im not even going to ask about the burning subject of the RM shop price differences between servers it is their money making and THIS is their “own” business and on this point i agree with you i am a customer and i have no say.
Furthermore to ensure my point is clear, when you buy a final product like lets say a table, if you have an issue with it you will return it or fix it yourself, but the table isnt a video game that can be targeted with patches, hotfixes etc.
In the case of Lost Ark its as if a guy can come once a couple of months to my home to improove my table. The customer relation in this scenario is completely different and maybe still kind of new in our business world but it is factually different from what we experienced in the past decades.
Much like NewWorld the answer is no AGS barley listens to the player base thus sinking the game. Very little is past on to smile gate through management its massively shaved down, and omitted. AGS doesn’t want to look bad for their bad input or ideas to smile gate. As seen in smile gate comments about what’s going on differing from what western players are saying to AGS and relayed to smile gate.
I remembered watching Gold River’s interview translated in English that he threw Amazon under the bus for some of the changes he didn’t like for the Western release. ;’)
