You don’t buy class engravings for support unless you’re a whale.
You definintely don’t need 5x3, so you can just get +5 on 3 accessories.
4x3 setup recommendation for Bard/Paladin
+5 class
+5 class
+5 class
+3 expert+3 heavy armor (or whatever else you want as 4th on paladin)
+5 expert
+6+7 stone awakening/expert (yes, it’s expensive, but what can you do)
+9 awakening slot
+12 heavy (VHP, drops of ether, MP efficency)
Or you just go 333 and not care.
That setup cost me 18k gold on EUC without +12 books for 4th engraving.

I would not count on it besides downtime between legion raid bosses. Prices will go up over time, just look at KR, their crystal exchange is like 2700g.
Get ur stuff while you can, because future legion raid inflation will be insane, espes around kukul according to KR streamers.

Exactly, I bough the setup I explained in post above on the second day because the demand is higher than the supply.
There’s not even one page of good +5 blessed with swiftness accessories on EUC.
I bought 85 quality spec+swift neck with +5 blessed for 9k, yday one sold for 40k and there’s one more for 45k now. I’m tempted to sell mine.

So i shouldn’t have listened to those who said that it would go down after valtan, i should have buyed at 3k and 4k.
At least i already have legendary Expert and Awakening, so i will have to buy 3 accessories with desperation salvation +5 each, and my stone will be 6/5 Heavy Armor + Vital Point, not sure if i will go with vital point or other engravings for 33333

Well, you’re already ahead of me then, you can get 5x3 easily with 2x12 books in slots.
Would be awesome if it go down haha ,me myself been waiting like 4-5 day for the legendary books of my choice to go down to complete my build.

Class books tarted to rise in price after Valtan, for the obvious reason… Valtan acessories are not guaranteed to roll class engravings.
So, no more easy lvl3 class engraving from acessories, and that makes class books more valuable.

It’s still easy with +5 stuff, but then you can’t go 5x3 without spending a lot of money because +5 class and another good engraving is really expensive. It’s not an issue for supports because we don’t need 5x3, but most DPS classes will have to bite the bullet and buy +12 books at one point.
well not that easy, i did a quick search for desperation salvation + all other engravings i wanted and i found almost none, the ones that is being selled is well over 100k+ gold.
Lol, why would someone say that? Its the oposite: If loot table has less class engraving, the value of books INCREASE.
You don’t get salvation+good engraving. You just get salvation+nothing+swiftness. 3 accessories for +15 salvation.
Then you have two 5+3 slots for whatever else you need. Can’t get 5x3, but you don’t need it and unless you’re a gigawhale it’s ridiculously expensive.
So when the price rised from 2400 to 3000+ i asked ingae why it is going up quickly and asked if it would go down, and some people said that is only going up because people want 4x3 for valtan hard and it will go down in price after.
I wasn’t so sure about it so after some time i asked again and people didn’t really answered or sayed that it also would go down, so i believed and waited, waited i then reached almost 5000 gold and i made this post, the few people who commented didn’t say it would still go up and some sayed something that can be understand like it would go down.
If i can’t get salvation + another engraving that i want even if its vital point, so i can’t get 5x3 easy like you said.
If you are a support and buy double good engraving relic gear to get more than 3x3, then you are simply making an exercise in using extra money.
But I can respect trying to optimize as much as possible, as I think support 4x3 is the optimum.
If I was a support I would probably just 3x3 and use my gold elsewhere though(gems,skins, engraving books), unless I get a really good deal. No rush since I would get invited anyway.
But you don’t need 5x3. Especially not if it’s VHP. At least not until Kakul-Saydon that’s a 4man party raid.
it’s actually pretty simple. Ask yourself why you are asking this question. Now… every average bard wants the same.
