Does the matchmaking now work with friend?

Hello,

Apparently you made a fix in order to solve the matchmaking issue, can you confirm that it’s fixed? I’m at work right now so i supposed it’s working now because you restarted the server but when i’ll come back ~6PM CET, will it work? Or it will be exactly the same issue as the previous days ? Thanks :slight_smile: Please be honest and say the words.

EDIT : If no answer from your part , i’ll answer my self when i’ll try it. So or it will be a good news and you really fix the issue, or it will be exactly the same issue and you’ll have to be honest and tell the truth. :slight_smile:

for now it works, but in a few hours no.

Exactly what i’m worried about, that’s why i’m asking Lost Ark to be HONEST and tell the truth because they said :

  • Applied a fix to help address matchmaking issues. We will continue to monitor matchmaking closely after tonight’s hotfix.

Can they tell us what is the “FIX” ? because i think they just restart the server … @LostArk can you tell the truth ?

They’ll have to be honest one time. Restarting is not fixing…

But reducing per server player capacity even more will fix matchmaking issue on EUC…
And kill game’s player base in process.

The best solution for everyone is that.

Make twitch drops/founder’s packk and celebration gift once per region and if you already claimed it, it should be UNTRADEABLE

OR

Make a reset/wipe button on EUC so you can claim the above on EUW, and ofc this would be optional.

this would result in more people in EUW, I would switch instantly and if people dont want to switch that’s fine too. @Roxx @TrevzorFTW

They can move servers between regions. Easy.

the queue is very strong today, they probably reduced capacity by a lot , MM , Should feel much better now, waiting to get in game to check
it out.

I think it’s better to have a queue and good performance ingame versus no queue and horrible performance in game… But whatever they did, if they dare to say what they really did it’s good otherwise i just do not trust them when they use the word “FIX”. It’s so sad :slight_smile:

Also maybe a fix that would be interresting is to LOCK the search button when it’s pressed once. Because i know that people are smashing the Search button for the dungeon and i think it create multiple instance of search which led to the mess that we see everyday…

I just came from work, and what a surprise, it’s exactly the same situation as yesterday. So … Lost Ark Devs or Community manager or Whatever. Please tell us the truth, did you really made a fix ? Did it worked ? Did it changed nothing? Because from our point of view you are just lying to us (which i believe is not true off course). And that’s horrible :slight_smile:

Btw the game itself is amazing :smiley:
