will they really give back a re-entry ticket? i DCed too and lost my entry but i doubt i will get it

I understand how frustrating it is to lose the rewards from the dungeon due to a connection issue, unfortunately we don’t have a way to grant you the access back to get the rewards manually, I apologize for the inconvenience.

so i won’t be getting a re-entry ticket? I crashed before the hotfix is done. So i do not think it’s my connection but it’s your server issue that was causing the crash.

As I mentioned before, we don’t have a way give the tickets manually, we have a system that takes care of that, unfortunately I can’t guarantee that you’ll be receiving the ticket back, that depends on the system, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Why does the the “system” not give people a re entry ticket regardless of what happened?
What does it matter which side caused the dc or crash?
Its clearly possible to give people that disconnect a ticket per mail but somehow you are only willing to do so if the dc happened from the server side… why even?!
Its 2022 this game has been out for years already, stupid shit like this should not happen at all…
Just set the “system” to give people a ticket always on DC limit it to once or twice per week if you have to… that way you at least PRETEND to care about your paying customers.
It should use Ticket after you got reward not entering Dungeons.
