Boosted my 2nd character and I don’t have my 2nd pass. Its not in my mail or anywhere.
I have no previous mail saying I received another power pass. I have went through all my inventory. It was never sent.

Have you completed all of the intro stuff on the second character? if not you have to complete the intro and all the powerpass quests.
I have done the intro, played over 100 games on the character.
But you do not need to do the powerpass quest.
I mean either do them or skip them, but if you’ve done both of those then i am unsure. I would recommend contacting AGS or waiting for a response on the forums. But if you wait for a response on the forums they will have you either make a ticket or contact AGS.
I hope you get this resolved.
Oh yeah, I did skip them. Mmm I was trying to find it. Ill look again
