The reoccurring issues surrounding how the NA/EU servers is a bit concerning.

I have nothing against how gold is earned or how the honing system is, that’s just how the game is here and in Korea.

However, the concern is regarding these past issues -

  • Could not fix the server clock through 3 maintenances during daylight savings. Had the Korean team come in to help with this issue.

  • Had 3 to 4 maintenances to fix the West Server DC issues that lasted a week

  • EU server issues that I can’t comment on as I am not from EU

Now the delay for the update from April 14th. It was first a week and now it’s two.

I’m not here to hate on Amazon as I understand the struggles and we don’t have all the information but there definitely needs to be some discussion on improving their product.

Dont forget about the event timers. Those are not working for like a month now, and ofc the false advertising, lack of communication, suddenly every CM goes quiet for the whole day before they “announce” a delay, etc.
