Droped in ardos p3 for conection problem with server

I was doing argos p3 and get disconected for the error show in the img below

I lost my entrance and my loot, and same error made me lost my entrance for abyssal dungeon oreha, so watch i can do for solve this, pls help me!!!

Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and we apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry.

For your information, if you got disconnected due to a server or game failure the system will analyze if you are eligible for compensation. If you got disconnected by a failure out of the systems control like losing connection to internet you wouldn’t be compensated.

So basically, if you are eligible you’ll automatically get another ticket or possibility to re-enter the run in the next 24-48 hours. If over 48 hrs have passed without receiving it, you might not be eligible.

Try logging out of Steam, run it as an administrator and logging back in.
