Same issue, trying to create an alt. Upon hitting ENTER the button is grayed out and Iām left with having to reselect the server but it ādetects a duplicate loginā, closes the game out, now Iām blocked for 10 minutes as well.
My game crashed just now and now I canāt loginā¦ It just told me if I do a āDuplicate loginā again Amazon will give me a spanking.
But Iām just trying to log back in after crashing.,ā¦

Me and My cousin play on the same ip adress, maybe that is the cause of this warning, that we just received. Can i inform the admis so we dont get restricted???
I doubt it. I for sure donāt have anyone else on my IP.
I just got this too, banned for 10m because āthis account is already logged inā. Azena T.T

Yep now Iām banned for 10 min. And I just got off workā¦ Sad times. Hopefully after the 10 min thjis will be working.

Literally just timed out during a load in screen which shut the game down. Upon loading the game back in I get a duplicate login attempt with a warning of an account suspension for repeated attempts. Whatās going on?
Same exact issue
Servers bugging out or massive lag spikes preventing certain areas from loading.
The only way to resolve the matter is to close the game using task manager or close the game from steam. After reopening the game I get the duplicate login error.
Eventually, adding salt to the wound, players earn themselves this error message achievement.
Given the number of players, I expect hundreds to thousands of players to get this 10-minute ban.

Closing Steam and restarting Steam fixes it Iāve been told.
Highly doubt it. Iāve been having this issue for at least 20 mins now on Azena - US east and been seeing A LOT of posts saying same thing.

I canāt see that helping. When your game crashes even though you are out of the game Amazonās server still detects you as logged in. This is an issue with other mmos as well for crashes. Steam doesnāt have any control with the Amazon server. You just have to wait for the Amazon server to catch up pretty much and wait for it to notice that you truly arenāt in the game anymore as the data flow has ceased.
But ya knowā¦ who knows in the end =P
Iām also back in but I just ended up waiting 15 minutes.
Iām on Azena and closing Steam down then rebooting Steam worked - I got straight back in the game.

Thanks! After I closed Steam and restarted and of course waited the 10 min lock out, I was able to log in.
Running into the same issue. Game hung on the loading screen (this has happened to me a number of times) so I had to kill the process. Clearly my session was still cached on the server and got a 10 minute cooldown for duplicate logins (even after restarting steam.
As far as Iām concerned, there are two issues here:
- Games hanging on teleport
- Duplicate logins caused by killing client process
Hoping the devs fix this.
Same. Looks like this is happening to lots of people. Definitely a Sev2 for Amazon Game. Hope they can get it fixed soon. And I require a COE of this
