Duplicated key problem

Good night.

Recently I completed the requirements to get the Lost Ark Closed Beta key as a drop in twitch, but when I tried to register one of the two codes I received in two different mails, Steam said that they were already in use.

Is there any way I can get this issue solved?

Yeah, i got duplicate key from twitch drops also, hope the issue is resolved. The game seems cool i realy would like to try it out.
