My game crashed during gate 2 vykas and they killed it while I was offline.
The crash reason was “EAC Offline”. My internet did not flicker, I have fiber.aa
I did not get a re-entrance ticket and now I am locked out of gates 2 and 3… Not fair. Help please

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry on getting disconnected on Vykas Gate 2 but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

VYKAS. You didn’t even read. The problem is so common that you have copy paste answers yet there’s nothing you can do.
They could change the lockout to after boss kills…
