EAC DC again LOST MY REST BONUS!

TELL ME AGAIN THAT THIS IS NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO GIVE BACK MY REST BONUS/ REWARDS… I have a recent psot about another EAC DC this week, AND IT HAPPEN AGAIN!. What is the point of doing rested bonus run if its get eaten by the game, I DIDNT EVEN GET THE REWARDS. same thing happen 3 days ago on my other post: DC’ed on clearing cutscene - Game Support / English Support - Lost Ark Forums (playlostark.com) WHAT IS THIS GAME!!! GIVE ME BACK MY REST BONUS!!! WHY ARE WE DC’ING ALOT and not only me my Guild members telling me the same thing, THEY GETTING DC’d right after the clearing cut scene or before they interact with the rewards.

(As you can see on th screenshot, I got EAC Dc’d, I have -1 rest bonus from this alt character)
(Again why do you keep telling me its not enough of a proof. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AGS! I WANT MY REST BONUS/REWARDS BACK!)
HOW AM I EVEN going to complete my GR weekly task, I save my REST BONUS FOR THIS MATTER I ONLY HAVE 1 DAY LEFT. F!@#!@%#%# DO SOMETHING!!!

I’m sorry to read that you were disconnected because of an EAC error, as mentioned in the thread you linked, there is currently a system that restores entries for content with a weekly lockout timer, unfortunately however this doesn’t include rest bonuses. We currently can’t provide these entry tickets manually.

We’d recommend that you try the following troubleshooting steps to see if you keep having issues such as EAC disconnects:
