EAC Disconnects for the past 2 weeks

Hello,

I’m still getting constant (20+ per day!) disconnects ever since the patch from 2 weeks ago, or maybe 3 weeks…

I’m on EUC, Thirain server.

Mostly it’s this error message, but not always (sometimes starts with “w0x9-spelpwp”, other times “0x9-spelpwp”):

did you reinstalled EAC since ?

it helped me , to just get 2 per day , im on Thirain aswell

I did the Repair Service thing for EAC, if that’s what you mean.

Alright I verified steam files, uninstalled EAC, reinstalled and repaired it, and ran windows update - none of this helped.

10 minutes into the game I got a disconnect again.

Try this: Go to your network card, properties, configure, and disable the interrupt moderation!

I tried this, got a disconnect after 30 minutes…

still getting DC during brel/ vykas :frowning:

Hello Abiss,

I am moving your issue over to our Support section for further assistance!

Hello Abiss,

Thank you so much for reporting this EAC disconnection’s errors. I also want to thank you for sharing the troubleshooting you’ve done so far.

The next troubleshooting I want to verify with you if the related with the Windows Firewall settings and Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6):

  1. Troubleshoot your firewall.
-Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
-Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
-Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.
*Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
*Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

  2. Disable your IPv6:

  • Open Windows settings.
  • Go to your Network&Internet section.
  • Click Change Adapter Settings.
  • Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
  • Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  • Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
  • After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
  • Re-launch Lost Ark.

Please let us know if the problem keeps persisting, I’ll pending of any update you want to share. ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

Hey, thanks for the tips. I did all of that and I still got a disconnect (Cannot connect to the server. [EAC Offline]). We’ll see if they’ll be as often as the past weeks though - so far one DC in around 1 hour.

I got another two DC’s since then.

And another two since.
