Got EAC Error right as I cleared Kakul Saydon and reconnected to get no rewards… I really hope you guys can get me the rewards instead of just giving me a reentry pass.

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Kakul Saydon, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

The error was an EAC error which seems to be a known issue looking at the support forum. It would really suck if it’s just the entry given back considering it took hours to clear, and I don’t have my static team to clear with anymore since they got their rewards.
