Yo so i have this EAC error with some random letters everytime now i just lost gold from my 2 alt gold earners and this happens everyweek on my gunslinger alts which is in valtan legion raid i always get that eac whenerever it is pass 30 hp bar whether its hard or normal mode its been 3 weeks from now and then also my deathblade always dc on vykas normal on its 3rd week too
i already did and tried all the solutions provided by community etc such as repairing service, reinstall game blah blahh and still on that 2 alt i always got dc any supports from amazon/smilegate? coz when i try to go to your ticket or support site always the same answer (Scripted) im also working on a customer service and i know if my concern is validated or not. which is not, coz i only received a scripted reply, whats wrong with your customer service amazon? pls give me back my entry on my legion raid!!!

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage. The errors you mention do not befall any of these scenarios and it is unlikely you will get re-entry tickets based on these.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
