Its every other day or patch that the EAC offline error happens. I’ve tried every solution suggested each time but it never works. UNA East.

EAC offline una NA east tried troubleshooting on my end nothing worked
Same problem (again and again, after every patch release), disconnects every 5 min.
SA, Yorn server,
Port forwarding does not work.
Disabling IPV6 support does not work.
“Verifying integrity of files” via steam app does not work.
Replacing the EAC binary with the one here (Easy Anti-Cheat) does not work.
Lost cube ticket and now lost my daily boss.
I want everything I lost back. Where do I send a ticket to support?

@Roxx Back to back days with EAC offline error, none of us have been able to play for a couple of days now. Same thing happened last week.
@Roxx 3rd day in a row EAC error, UNA East. By the looks of it a lot of people will not be able to play for the whole weekly reset cycle this week because of the EAC error.

@Roxx EAC day 6. My crystalline aura is still running and I will lose all my weeklies. Not to mention my pvp grade degradation and loss of coins back to back weeks because being unable to play due to the EAC error.

EAC day 9, the situation is hopeless. I may never get to play Lost Ark again.
Day 10.
Yeah, tried all suggestions, posted on internet, nothing works.
I log into the game, play Valtan hm, close game, shutdown pc, in morning I start pc, want to play Lost Ark again, then bam, the error 10011 comes!
Every fix works just once! the 2nd time it doesn’t.
