Yesterday in the morning NA servers had several issues. For me I got disconnected starting a chaos dungeon and after trying to restart I received EAC Offline error message. I started this chaos dungeon alone so when I came back the timer expired.
I opened a ticket with the EXTREMELY USEFUL AGS SUPPORT and the answer was that they won’t restore the entry. This happened to several people and posted on this thread where we never received an answer:
