I am on the server Akkan (North American West) and I cannot even get in the game. It loads up the EAC, and then it shuts down again.
My Steam account is 14 years old, and I do have an authenticator on the account, so no idea what the issue could be.
this again. i hope they remove this EAC. its useless anyway.

yesterday since the beginning of the night I was receiving EAC Offline and I couldn’t complete many dailies and some weekly.
I expected that after the update this error that is affecting many players would have been fixed, but when logging in now to TRY TO PLAY, after 5 minutes, EAC Offline appeared again and it’s simply impossible to play the game.
Yes, I have already done all recommended methods to solve the problem and none of them worked.

So, I found a way around it. I used my phones hotspot after updating the EAC client. And guess what happened? I can play again. Its rediculous.but its a work around.

yea this is not a good solution. they need to fix it from the server side.

Probably because most of the users are from South America and they don’t even know we exist.
Never had this problem before, but since yesterday afternoon I cannot play on SA-Gienah.
And the CMs and the Twitter team doesn’t even put a single post regarding what they are doing (if they are actually doing something at all).

True. Even because all cms refers to Amazon’s Lost Ark server as NA/EU only. As if the SA ones were ghosts.
My feeling is that they don’t even know about the problem as they haven’t posted anything about
I highly doubt they’ll do anything unless it starts impacting a really significant (for them) number of players. I’ve bought an usb wifi adapter to use my phone hotspot after weeks of trying and waiting for a fix.

They sure do, buddy, just look at this topic alone. The third post on this thread came from the “CM”… 17 hours ago and the topic now has 97 other posts and they haven’t put up a single forum or twitter post regarding this issue.
I’ve tried to contact AGS support but they just point out that the developers are aware of the issue and send me the link to this forum post. Like “it is being taken care of” or “look, the CM answered on this topic, check it out”… That’s bogus.
I mean, it is not the end of the world, it just bothers me noticing that level of “don’t give a damn” attitude towards a group of players. Maybe if this bug hit some big NA/EU streamer it would be handled differently. But since it does not, we are left here hanging and refreshing these topics looking for an answer that does not come.

Really? Restarting the game before the disconnection occurs? Dude… The video says it can play for 2 hours before getting dc’d. I’m getting 5 minutes tops.
There is no amount of end user troubleshooting, changing modems and cables for a server side error… Don’t think the video helps at all. This problem is not related to our hardware.
