yea we need shills like Saintone or Asmongold to be dc-ed and lost their weekly entry ticket then I can guarantee you that the issue will be solved in 5 mins.
I agree that it’s not our problem to solve, of course, like I said, the video was only informative for me. Thing is, I’ve given up on Smilegate or Amazon doing something, I’m tired of waiting for a fix I just don’t believe will come. I don’t even get 5 minutes now, instead I have had my “region closed” since more than a week ago.
It’s not the same issue from this guy on the video. This problem (EAC/w0x9 dcing you every 5minutes) starts for a considerable amount of players at the same day. It was the same on first Valtan update, about one month ago. And its being since yesterday. Just look at the timestamps of the posts.
Back on the Valtan update, as strangely as this problem appeared back then, it suddenly vanished for players after some hours/days.
The issue is not on our client side. At least for this wave.

someone needs to make a Reddit post or something. they wont care unless it’s gaining huge visibility on Reddit or other flatforms
I can’t say whether you are correct or not, but I have been paying attention to the forums since I first got this problem, and everyday there have been new posts of people experiencing it for the first time, though it’s true they peak after updates.
Before I got completely locked out of the game, I do think I got all the error messages that are being mentioned. It just seemed completely random.

This is not the first time this happened. Before, they managed to fix it pretty quickly. It’s just NOW they dont seem to be priorizing it for some reason, even though it impacts so many people.
They know how to fix it, they did it before. We just have to reply more and tag them til they realize it’s a significant amount of the playerbase being impacted by this. (Although they surely know, since this has been happening since valtan release and time in time again the error returns)

Well, already 2 days, people have lost vykas / valtan and we just receive the same answer: repair eac - repair game file etc etc
i feel bad like a player of this game because we alot of our time to play maybe because is a FTP game they dont take a necessary attention because isnt effecting all players.

there’s no repairs to help get rid of this - it’s the issue from their servers. i was able to play during the weekend with no issues, and it started happening again yesterday

This is ridiculous, I corrected the EAC error and now the W0x9 error persists… does anyone even know what is happening? Or do you have any predictions? are we going to go blind?

Its ok, take this post for instance. I saved it here on my favorites back when it happened on the first time in case I needed it. And here we are, I have it now. Look that all the complaints are from June 2, June 3, June 4 and so on. Then, 27 days ago, Roxx stated that the problem was fixed for all servers and no one complaint anymore. No one, until yesterday. Suddenly more than 50 posts on that topic emerged, starting with Novadash, which is here today too. take a look:
