EAC-Offline Ban

Hello guys I had EAC-Offline problem about 3 days ago. I remember that time I went to H-Valtan and log out, after ~4h I came back I logged into the game and received the message: EAC-Offline Error / Banned. And then I try to login again but it changed to “Banned-reason: Cheating”. I don’t know how to fix it or wait for the Admin to fix it? my case is really like this post: Getting ban after see EAC Offline . Did someone say it’s a bug from the EAC not being updated ?

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this situation, I can understand how frustrating this may be,
let’s try a few things together to try to solve this, so please follow these steps:

  • Please verify the integrity of game with Steam: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

  • Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.

  • Troubleshoot the Firewall:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s
checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is
missing from the list, you need to add it.

    * Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
    * Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check
        marks under both the Private and Public columns.
  • Relaunch the game.

After do it, i can access the game but It still shows the Banned: Cheating (Previously EAC blocked me access L.A from logging in outside the standby screen). I got a warning “VAC Ban” on my Steam account too. I tried logging into the game with a new account and can play normally. Only my old account shows banned.

I’m sorry for the issue regarding the EAC ban on your Lost Ark account. Unfortunately, this topic is not suited for the support forums as we do not handle ban or ban appeals via this channel.

I suggest you enter your appeal in a web ticket here Appeal a ban - Support | Amazon Games, if you have not already done so. Once you receive a reply to this appeal via Email you may continue your communication via Email only. Please do not submit multiple tickets as that will only delay a review of your penalty.

In regards to the reason for the ban, you will be informed of the cause in general but no specific details will be volunteered.
