I logged back in, and my party cleared but I get no rewards and I’m locked out of Gate 2 with no re-entry ticket. Did I just lose my progression for the week?

I understand how frustrating it is to get disconnected, in this case unfortunetly since you got disconnected the rewards can not be retrieved, you can only get them when you’re inside Valtan, even if you get a ticket to access back the rewards will be lost.
Regarding the ticket, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.
A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
- The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Some of us have something called real life, jobs and responsibilities that mean we don’t have free time to play whenever we want. I hope you can understand that when you grow up.

Thank you for your report as an update on the Mega threat :
This is an active issue that the team is working on as one of the highest priorities. The current status remains the same in attempting to identify the root cause of the issue and attempting to reproduce.
We recognize that something was introduced that is causing disconnects for a subset of players. Many players that encounter these consistent disconnects are able to temporarily resolve by using services like WARP, NoPing, ExitLag. This seems to indicates certain ISP configs or router/system configs are causing disconnects.
We highly appreciate players like yourself that are very polite providing this information to help determine the cause so the issue can be resolved.
As well i invite @Saliv and @Owneed to please follow the same process if they are also being affected by this , to share the details on the post below after trying the troubleshooting steps :
- Region that the player is connecting to
- Server that the player is connecting to
- ISP of the Player
- Physical location of the Player (i.e. city/state/country)
- Quick note on when it last occurred, and anything else that you think would be useful to know.
