This is still happening 0-2 times every day at random times.
Don’t understand why there isn’t more attention given to this issue.
Just lost a boss rush ticket to this error. Lost vykas lockout 2 weeks ago.
Yet AGS continue to ignore this while players are getting screwed daily.
So, there is one solution. Get rid of EAC, which doesn’t help at all and makes the game launch x3 slower.
It doesn’t happen to me often, but if it does I lose rewards not only from abbys raid, but also from abyssal dungeon. Gold is gold, no one is giving me tickets back, and meanwhile the bots are playing at their best. Sick.

So after my initial post on this topic, I thought the issue was resolved (because I didn’t have the error for about a week) … but alas it came back. In said time since then… I have lost more than:
6 boss rush rewards, and 11 cube ticket rewards because I was disconnected mid-run… don’t get me started on the raids…
My post is not meant to in any shape or form throw shade at the developers. But this has been going on for some time now and we still do not have any news regarding if this is at least being looked into / has any progress has been made.
Why does easy anti cheat have to have a connection to the server at all times - i do not know but it seems like a stupid design choice…

EAC offline again, but during chaos dungeon, and on my main. Please address this issue. Lost Ark takes 40 years to load and by the time I got back in I lost my run.

No, it is not something they can fix & it was never fixed. If they could have fixed it, they would have done it by now. It’s been half a year. Also, if they did end up fixing it, they would have announced it. If they fixed it before and knew how to fix it, they would have done it again
But as we all can see, they have never fixed it because they don’t know how to fix it so it’s never going to get fixed.
Fixing the issue will probably require some intense work in the game or EAC itself which is never going to happen because it might break something or take forever, so I’m assuming that to get rid of the issue, they will probably get rid of EAC but who knows how long their contract with that software is supplier is.

i really lost hope atm they are even trying to fix it. it goes for months now and we dont have an info what causes it im done, im quitting the game i mean i can’t even play it so idk if i can say i quit ? well surely i give up peace

It seems that a lot of people having these problems are using a “Lost Ark” untrusted" account. No mobile authentication…
If this is true of everyone, then AGS is not telling us that this is the issue, that this is why everyone here is getting disconnected.

im trusted on steam game still dosent work for me its just completly random and it fixes itself randomly, i was trying to fix it by myself, i have done multiple steps nothing worked, so i just stopped trying to fix it and it was complete rng whenever it works for example i was able to play
almost whole sunday without errors today i couldn’t login for the whole day. I really dosen’t remember the day i could play this game without any errors, even now when i log in im scared to do anything and praying it won’t kick me but i’ve decided now, im quitting propably for good, i know AGS won’t fix this issue anytime soon and i highly doubt they even working on it. Even if they manage to fix it in 3-4 months whats will be the reason to comeback and be so much behind my friends? atleast new league i PoE comming
this issue got fixed for majority of the ppl months ago, but vykas update bricked it again, i know cause i had this for weeks back at that time too, and more ppl started complaining about it, then it got fixed, never had a dc after that for 3 month until vykas patch, on my part nothing was changed, so yes, this is something only they can fix no matter how many tinfoil hat you put on
If it’s not fixed for everyone then it’s not fixed. So no, it’s not something they can fix no matter how many doses of hopium you take.
I give up time to ask the refund and that goes for my brother and some friends too, lack of service, so sad, and it’s time to start telling the truth about Lost Ark being unplayable all over the web. So mad, waited for so much years played in Russia, and now it’s GAME OVER!
nah man, lets stop considering everyone a snowflake. Yes the posts talking about an issue should throw a shade at the devs. This is an issue a lot of people complain about, but nothing is being done.
Sure, there might be costs associated with fixing it, there might be costs dealing with EAC makers but the damn thing is useless and only bothers legit players. People wrote working fishing bots in less than 50 lines of code at the launch of the game that are still working but they can’t fix a damn “connection to server” of their chosen anti-cheat that’s obviously useless?
First time this bug appeared on the middle of valtan,is there a fix to this problem? or something cause valtan is ruined for me this week thanks to the incompetence.

A lot of this kind of thing has been happening to a lot of people since the Arcana patch.
They know about these problems and they say its not on their end…
They pass the buck onto us the user by saying its out ISP or that we must verify files etc.
I only get these errors occasionally… I feel for those that get them all the time.
Been disconnecting frequently since the Vykas patch… it’s not a thing that happens to me in other games either. This game has really bad system issues that need fixing
GUYS I have found an solution !! it a paid one but it works ! i have tested it
I started using Nvidia geforce now the gaming in cloud thing and it WORKS !! you can test it out for free aswell, you can game up to 1hour for free, if u buy the sub which is around 11$/month ? you can play up to 6hours in one session after 6 hours game closes but u can instantly open a new session which will last another 6hours ! session works everytime u close the game, the quality of graphics is kinda poor in my case but atleast i can play

been playing the game after doing all the “FIX” for a month now but then “EAC OFFLINE” starts showing again since yesterday. Done the “FIX” again but it still persist.
