Are there any plans to issue re-entry tickets for those who lost weekly lockouts due to EAC errors?
I lost my vykas hard mode this week due to EAC error.
I have raised multiple support tickets about it, all I get back is an automated reply saying there is a system in place that sends the ticket for verified issues.
I have received no such thing, and this is clearly a server stability issue. It is not the players fault and we shouldn’t be punished for this
The automated and templated replies from customer service only serve to add to an extremely frustrating situation.

Tried to start the game like 5 times and it always disconnects after a few minutes.
I’ve already repaired the game through steam and repaired the anti cheat through the executable and it still has the same problem.

I would like to know if this problem will be solved or not , because staying a week without playing properly does not give . and if it is not resolved i would like to be warned about it, to stop wasting my time trying to play without taking disconnect every 10m.

You would think Amazon would fix this with the patch earlier this week. Nope. Rather fight the losing war against bots and RMT i guess like the war on drugs.

Yesterday I’ve spotted a few bots running through Luterra. Names like alksdjlkghdsffk without a guild, nameless territory and low GS. It seems they are coming back… There is an user advertising RMT sites on Guardian Raids “find party” menu for months now. I’ve tried to report it to AGS, but he/she is still there…

This is a serious problem that keep coming every single patch and update and devastates game experience, i can’t believe this, please give us an answer why?? Is it going to keep happening in the future? Is it out of your hands? i uninstalled game and installed again after a month, i don’t have time to the ticket things and any of that kind of stuff, that is your work not mine, but if i have to do this kind of stuff i’ll go full then, i really hope you can solve this issue in 1 week from now, don’t take this issue lightly.

It is fantastic how you can loose your weekly vykas reward just because you get this issue and your group ends the try and kill it while you get mad for nothing because this ends being an indie company that cant propperly fix it 2 months later… This is sad. Not happening to me every 10m like some unlucky users avove, but this can troll you very hard, making your daily/weekly content, your time and effort, go waste.
Today it happened to me 3 times in 1 hour… this is insane

Yeah, same issue here, Regulus East.
Started happening last week after maintenance.
Missed a full Argos run at the end because of it on one of my alts.
What a joke of a company/game … I went back to starting maps to do mokoko seeds and 90% of the characters there are bots … So legit players are missing on weekly rewards but bots ? oh no, bots can run free without any issues.
On alts on Yoho raids lately new chars with barely a 3x1 can point out the location of Yoho from the drop in point. No flare, nothing, but hey, THEY KNOW!
Anyway, they won’t do anything as EAC is something people complain all over the board wherever is used. It’s one of those crappy deals some exec makes that employees just have to deal with it.

So frustrating this happens while in pvp, and also now you can be grounded and banned for that? And still no answer to any of us? I’m so lazy to make this huge to reach you, please have some ethic on your work at least. Of course we get mad and you don’t care? You aren’t able to fit in other people shoes, omg… Maybe have to do some investigation on this topic, this intel make some people think it’s on purpose, and who are you to blame us? BYE
