The same issue has start to happen to me today (12h UTC -3).

Same here, Arcturus SA. Can´t play. I lost an entry in abyss because of this error, I was disconnected and it counted the use. Have to wait 1 week now… great.

tested changing realm to europe and game runs fine, So i guess you clowns flagged my account specifically on SA, WHY ?
edit: i been reading online it has to do with the amount of chaos dungeons a player has , they flagged accounts with large hours of chaos dungeons as bots. I do not use bot, i farm chaos dungeons every day 5 , 6 hours i have 1470 gs , with pass activated, i do not whale, i cash only when needed to progress.
Remember when you guys banned people for being AFK targeting bots? you´re wrong , reconsider what you are doing.

If you are seeing results from adjusting ports, it would also be helpful to ensure that ports 18887 – 18903 are opened as these are used by EAC. However, this is not a guaranteed fix that will work for all folks and the team is still working through the ongoing issue.
This is not the result of a flag on an individual’s account, but an issue with how EAC is interacting with the specific region at the moment. This is why a majority of these issues are originating from the South America servers. It is not an indicator of any flag or ban, and your account is safe despite the current inability to connect.
that makes no sense sir, if the problem is EAC connecting with south america then everyone on SA should be experiencing the issue, on the other hand, if the problem is on my end, why i can play on all servers , except SA?
Same issue here. Started last evening (SA KAZEROS)
After doing port fowarding 50000 - 60000, both UDP/TCP
Game is working just fine.
Or they magically fixed the issue or the portfoward fixed it
