EAC offline error after pet patch

I am traveling and am running lost ark on my laptop.

Everytime I log on and enter a server after about 30 seconds it comes up with “cannot connect to server. EAC offline” then it returns me to server screen

  1. I have tried repairing EAC
  2. I have tried reinstalling EAC from their website
  3. I have verified game files for lost ark
  4. I have disabled firewalls and rolled back windows update
  5. I have downloaded latest visual c++
  6. I have run everything as administrator
  7. I have tried opening and forwarding the ports

I have windows 11

Please help!!! This is ridiculous.

I’m sorry you’re having this EAC issue playing Lost Ark, thank you for letting us know that you tried to fix this problem, when you have a chance can you try this troubleshooting please:

Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.

Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

There is no error code. Happening for 3 days now. I sent both a ticket to Amazon and EAC support but have not gotten any response.

@Solaire I found a work around! Although I have to pay for it I am using a VPN because the ISP is blocking easy anti cheat. Worked as soon as I downloaded it.

And I double checked the forums and have seen multiple mods say it’s ok to use a vpn if you could just confirm!
