Game always crashes every 5-10 minutes. These errors have been happening since last week when I got back to playing after a while. So far, there is still no solution for this? I would like to play normally again, but Iām about to uninstall the game.
They replied yesterday and said they had multiple teams investigating the issue and attempting to work on a fix.
Which if a person is a pessimist, and I am, basically means they donāt know whats causing it.
Thatās not a solution. For a lot of us things were just fine and then they werenāt.
That means itās something they changed with the EAC or on their servers. Iām not buying a new router (the one I have cost me over $300 three years ago) to fix something they screwed up.
AGS will come out with a router that you have to buy to play lost ark. The cost will be $300 but you also need to pay a subscription to use the router. BUT DONT WORRY, YOU WILL GET A SKIN IN THE GAME FOR FREE!!!

deleted Lost Ark from my steam today. best decision i ever made, could not recommend more to anyone else still playing this crap game in NA to do the same trust me, you will thank me in the long run

Nope your wrong. Me and my brother play from the same house. I received Gx09 error but he never got it even once.
Iāll say the problem is with device hardwares. It is not related to ISP or internet providers too. The problem could be with device specifications as EAC had peoblem with my lenovo legion device from the beginning and all those overheating problems.
I solved mine by restricting EAC usage for now but another problem surfaced. Game crashes sometimes without any errors but it happens once in a long run so not that much of problem like before.

My friend never had this problem before. He changed his ISP to Claro/net and started having this issue same day. No changes in his PC specs.
He changed routers two times and with the third router issue was gone. As other have said though, not a solution. Not to mention you might end up paying for a new router and not even fixing the issue, then youāll have reason to be mad lmao. Might as well pay for a VPN at this point, since theres evidence it works. Also, not to mention that if my model were not compatible with EAC as the other guy suggested, I wouldnāt be able to play other EAC games.
With that in mind, itās definitely ISP related and has some correlation to the net coding of this specific game and how it handles the routing to our ISPs. As much as I donāt think that our hardware is the issue, I also canāt explain mehrshadkh situation. Itās a mess.
The problem is indeed within the game and Smilegate/AGS can definitely fix it, itās just not a priority to them. Itās a stretch to even say Smilegate is aware that this is happening to the west servers. Making new threads here, spamming the hell out of AGS and raising top posts in the first page of reddit definitely helps bringing visibility to this problem, though.
This megathread has definitely expired its usefulness, since no amount of feedback we give seem to help amazon fix it. People need to yell more so Smilegate can hear it and update something, change something within the game. What we actually need are patch notes. We havenāt even got a mention of this issue in any patch notes saying they are looking into this. Not one mention of compensation. NA/EU got all that in the first months for a lot less.

Quick Note: Happens every 20 - 30 Mins this is consistent. No problem with other games.
A bit of a milestone - my crystalline aura expired. Which is a month since I bought it, a month since the vykas update, and a month since this error started occurring (for me). Got me thinking of all the game systems affected:
-started missing weekly gold raids
-no more pvp
-no more horizontal (rapport/stronghold/life skills/collectibles)
-no time for alts at all
-guild contribution suffering
-like a naive fool, i tried keeping up on dailies for my main at least, but it took 5x longer (log in, do one, log out, etc.) with the occasional loss due to d/c
-no more gear progression. Missing out on raid mats for relic armor, mats in general for item level⦠went from top5 in the guild, to bottom of the pack, getting passed by people who you helped
Probably the biggest hit is the social one. I had static groups for raids at the start of this, but I got quickly replaced. And itās kind of awkward sitting in discord channels where people are looking to do content, and you canāt contribute. And since peopleās free time heavily focused on playing this game, relationships with people who didnāt play (or couldnāt) just started to fade.
Donāt expect compensation - thereās really no way they know who is affected for how long, so if there is something itās going to be comparable to previous maintenance compensation. And there isnāt really a way to put you back where you were before you missed all this content.
While Iāve had technical problems with games in the past, they have always been resolved with either a fix on my end or a fairly quick patch. Iāve never played a game where some customers get a game breaking bug and just have to sit it out for months+.
With the expired aura⦠that does have monetary value. Yes, Iām sure thereās something in the EULA saying in game items donāt, but the fact remains that people have bought things, and the studio has a duty to provide access to the things that were bought. Youād think this would rate a more urgent response.
Alright, so I submitted a ticket/provided DxDiag/provided screenshots of the error in real time, and after an intense and arduous trouble shooting by the dev team on my ticket for 9 days. I have received the instruction of posting the following on this thread:

Iāve done all the the troubleshooting. Ports, verified files, repaired EAC, drivers, virus etc.
Nothing is changed on my computer or network since the game launched except windows updates and nvidia.
Started getting this error about a month ago, did the WARP thing and that worked for a week before it stopped. Got Noping trial running and that worked for about 5 days and now im getting the error again. Im running out of the few solutions that have been provided so heres my daily disconnecting post.

I agree, it does not seem like a priority to them whatsoever and it is really shameful. Iāve never seen customer support as bad as this tbh. I donāt think we should mostly keep to ourselves on the forums anymore either. This topic needs more awareness. People have already started making threads on Reddit, and I think it needs to be on other platforms too at this point, like twitter or something.
