6.Happened to me again, I was raiding valtan gate 1, disconnected right before the werewolf boss died with the error EAC offline, when I reconnected I was locked out of the box and cannot proceed to gate 2 and did not receive a re-entry ticket.
Please help this is getting increasingly more frustrating.

Hi everyone, we want to take a moment to address a possible point of confusion. Recently our stance on tunneling services and our VPN policy has been called into question as we have been working through the ongoing disconnect issues. Posts referring to the use of these types of third-party tools were made in the context of gathering information to help troubleshoot a specific issue players are experiencing. Our efforts to address and resolve these disconnections are ongoing, but this does not mean that we are changing our policy on VPN, and it is still against our Terms of Use and Code of Conduct to use VPNs to play Lost Ark.

Today ends my NoPing trial, the only thing that still worked to avoid de disconnects, so going forward Iāll just log in to check if the disconnect is still there each day.

When people are referring to currently used āVPNsā in this thread it almost always is referring to approved services like ExitLag, NoPing, etc. Would just be nice if we could get some genuine progression on the issue considering itās been around for many since launch and affects more and more people every patch. Not sure if you look at other sites like reddit, but thereās certainly been a lot of posts recently about this issue affecting a multitude of people. Iāll go ahead and put some of those posts down below, but Iām curious if making it so Lost Ark doesnāt completely close based off a miniscule hiccup in connection is a solution that has been discussed. Half the issue with these disconnects is the fact that people have to wait for the gameās awful startup time mainly due to EAC that they end up missing out on rewards. If the game would just boot people back to the server selection screen, I guarantee some complaints would just vanish and it would serve as a decent QoL change regardless.
Anyway here are some of the other posts just so you can see that this is a top issue still growing by the day (note these arenāt small complaints, these posts are constantly at the top of the subreddit).

What does the error mean? Iām assuming if it has a code assigned to it that wouldnāt be that hard to figure out.

When, if ever, can we expect it to be fixed? Is this even a PRIORITY for you guys???

IF it is ever fixed, will we be compensated or not? We are missing dailies, weeklies, and even the event rewards because of these sudden issues because most of us canāt even stay on the game more than 5 minutes.
Itās really disappointing to see this continue and have our concerns be completely dodged. If you donāt care about our problem just say so, if you do then please try to answer at least some of our questions.

Tried everything on the troubleshooting EAC Issues guide, nothing works, without VPN (exitlag) i can only play for 5 mins.
Please Mr. Amazon Game Studios, fix it.

A week ago I tried exitlag with the free trial but still got disconnected, but only noping works for me. Which server do you use on exitlag to stay online?
