Hard to play with constant dcs. Stop to playing a little ago thinking they will soon will fix the problem but appear that this won’t happen and wanting to play even more that my main will arrive, but don’t want to stress with the constant dcs

Was using ExitLag, but since yesterday it doesn’t work anymore, now I need to use NoPing or I can’t connect to the game.

I’m using it on south america, on settings i go for BR são paulo06 and apply route and launch LA on steam, working just fine…

Just brought a SSD and reinstall the windows
after 5 minutes… oh there we go again…
with no solutions ahead… weeks getting disconected every 5 minutes, weeks without doing anythings beside my daily ( i have to start the game 4 time to do this)… but today, i realize that is pointless.
You guys dont dive us a feedback about the situation, all we can is sit here and wait every wednesday hopping for a solution… Today i just logged in an get my rewards, cause that’s all i can do… there will be a time that ill even stop to log an get rewards, because im not even playing lost ark

The sad part of it all is that our guilds are replacing us, we are losing some friends, we are losing loot, gold, being left behind AND we probably wont be compensated in any form

I don’t understand how you guys can work like that, its not some days without a solution its weeks some of us without ANY solution, its basically the same error, at the same limit of time, i really dont understand how your team couldn’t found anything wrong with the sistem, i think there is time to the team, bescause they are doing an terible service and also you’re basically saying that there are nothing to do for us

Software team: we have finished 50% of the road map and our team is continuously working hard to trying to meet the deadline.
Project manager: lets take a look at the issue tracking, do we have a solution for this disconnecting problem?
Software team: currently our team is not putting the effort in this bug because only a small number of people are experiencing this problem.
Project manager: how small?
software team: the cost of looking into a solution for this out-weights the profit of fixing it.

@Roxx, I was using Cloudfare’s WARP just to play the game. Today I’m getting kicked every 5 minutes with this SP1SP2 error EVEN with WARP. So, the game reverted to being totally unplayable to me. (I’m also a NET/CLARO user).
So, right now I have 2 options - and maybe this solution applies to every NET/CLARO user out there:
- Find another game to play, because AGS doesn’t seem to care about the growing number of players affected by this error, or
- Change my ISP - a troubling process with a lack of options in many cities of Brazil. Without any warranties that this error is just limited to NET/CLARO users in Brazil. Imagine going all out and changing your ISP just to play the game and keep getting the error? I mean, one can only hope this “routing error” is just happening with NET/CLARO. Right?!
Either way, you guys should really consider getting a closer look on this issue. Right now it is utterly disrespectful to SOME of your player base. It may still be a small part, but a issue like this tends to grow if left unchecked.

I once again I took my daily disconect and tried to conect again to end a quest line… its was 2am, i didnt get disconect again for about 1 hours, no idea why… i changed nothing on my internet…
Lets see if tomorrow ill be able to play once again

Try using ProtonVPN. I wasn’t disconnected for long. I know it’s illegal to use different VPNs, which isn’t preferred, yet I’m not certain whether it goes against the game’s rules. It offers three server locations and is free.
I understand that this is merely a temporary thing, although it is not a permanent one.
*No matter where you are or where you are from, your ping will briefly increase before returning to normal.
dude you guys clearly not fixing it. its been a fucking month and i still got dc every 20 mins. how do you want us to catch up in game? cant ven finish a fcuking dungeon run without dc. JUST ALLOW using vpn to address the issue for the meantime since you guyS CANT EVEN FIX ANY SHIT.

Do you know if the lost ark team are actively banning players for VPN Usage now? I know back around the initial ban on VPNs people were just being blocked from connecting without any actual account ban being placed on the account. Has this changed now? I guess my question as it pertains to this topic would be: Is it safe for users to test different VPNs to try and get around these errors/crashes?
Again I understand that it is against your policies to suggest something that is clearly prohibited in your terms of service - but these are kind of extenuating circumstances where you have a fairly large number of players that are unable to connect to the game at all now without the aid of a VPN despite living in areas where AGS Has publishing rights.

Unfortunately, we won’t have anything to do.
The way will be to look for another MMO, I’ve dedicated myself to the game since launch, but I’m unable to play because of the company’s incompetence due to lack of a good IT team.
Since the release of vykas I can’t play. You can’t even do the rapports, because it falls in the middle of the music and animations.
I uninstalled the game and I’m going back to WoW with the new expansion.
Goodbye Lost Ark.
