it’s definitely something on their end. There’s no way it’s on our end when we were able to play without any problems after reset… and nothing changed… so kind of dumb

I wouldn’t put much faith in those statements… though it wouldn’t surprise me if it turned out to be true. Some of the CS agents just pull stuff out of their asses without actually verifying.
Bottom line is that regardless of who is at fault here they have a severe routing issue that is effecting thousands of players. They should be contacting these service providers and working with them to determine where the fault is.
These errors did occur in the past but when they started blanket banning entire IP ranges to block certain regions thats when things really started to fall apart. I still firmly believe that this in fact IS an issue on their servers and it is probably related to the way that they went about blocking these regions from connecting. They put 0 thought into it and probably screwed up their routing as a result. This is their mess to clean up. They quite literally cannot afford to ignore this as the issue could continue to grow if they do not find the cause.
But I guess AGS will be AGS

gonna start a daily post on this thread till issue is fixed, i will also be generous and start today as day 1, buts its already been over 3 weeks.

I see we are starting to create a lucky charm shit to make the servers work.
I’m playing just fine this whole week without any meaninful DCs and for 3 days i thought seeding Honey Select 2 on uTorrent was what was making it work lol

Here it started after Vykas, before that I played normally.
Yesterday I started playing after 8PM without EAC or SPELPW for 4 hours, it seems the error is also RNG.

People are losing: argos - valtan - vykas and when we contact the live support they say that cant do nothing. This is very unfair… We already give ALOT of information about the problem, we also already know that is a route problem but alot of people cant change their ISP. I dont know much about route problem but isnt possible that in 35 days they didnt find a solution yet

I think this error is not a priority (all the time they say that some players have this problem, so I don’t think it’s a priority)
Yes, they already have a lot of information about the problem and @Novadash did an excellent job too, he basically with some tests managed to find the “base” of the problem… but neither @Novadash nor any player had an update on this so… it’s really hard not to feel abandoned by amazon support
I have the same problem as everyone here which resolved itself for 3 days without dc (I called my net/claro and asked for a route change) but after that… the problem came back, I did everything that could be done and even reinstalled my windows and nothing helped, so i found a vpn and with it i can play without problem with dc BUT in the first few seconds online my ms is 340 and briefly changes to 16ms so @Novadash is right in his analysis.
I can play with the VPN but I’m sad because most players can’t play using a vpn or in some cases the vpn doesn’t give results… please amazon, @Roxx @Mutato players want news in the game and we know you want them SA servers are equivalent to KO and RU but it’s important that you keep the players happy with your game and nobody here is happy… all the time I send several ingame reports to report bots but I go to the same place after a week and the same bots from last week are in the same place, managing to play and worst of all… they don’t get a ban… so I open the store and see the crystal going for 1700g and bots selling carry on argus and valtan (bots that sell carry in argus and valtan are stronger than my main character and I have 1800hrs in game steam, it’s absurd), for please just put an efficient captcha system and add a more efficient anti cheat method because clearly the EAC is not helping (players have more headaches from using the EAC than it helps) and please listen more to your community .

Day 19 of disconnecting
I was right last night when I said it was short lived, the error is indeed back again.
Not that I’m surprised though, since I know this has been happening to everyone else.
Maybe in another 17 days I’ll get lucky again and be able to play…

Hey everyone – we’ve seen a decline in the frequency of some of these errors following last week’s maintenance. We are still looking into this, and know it is by no means resolved, but it would be very helpful if you could let us know if you are still experiencing any SPELP/EAC errors, if the frequency has changed for you since the last update, if they are gone, if they are worse, if any changes at all have happened, etc. etc.

Still experiencing [EAC Offline] any possible update on fix status, new work arounds, or fixes? I am unable to get past the character selection page. I will attempt all proposed fixes once again to include uninstall and reinstall if still having error ill move on it is not worth any headache to be met with unable to join because of X.
@Roxx, Thanks for reaching out but there has been little in the way of perceived action from these data calls. I am at wits end, cannot enter game, cannot play game. I can take a hint, the game doesn’t want to be my friend, ill just move on for a while and check in maybe stalk it till it lets me back in.

On reset day (8/3) I got an EAC Offline error after 5 minutes instead of the usual W0x9 error.
The next day (yesterday, 8/4) I was able to play for the most part. I got 1 W0x9 after about 30 minutes and the rest of the day only had to deal with a couple of loading screen freezes. The error started every 5 minutes again at around 11:40pm though.
It is persisting again today (8/5) with the usual W0x9 error and still happening about every 5 minutes.
Thank you for the info., I really hope this helps and that it can finally be resolved soon. We all love the game and we just miss playing it and having fun with our friends and stuff.
