Game is crashing with the SPELP error every time, every day that i try to play, for at least two weeks so far. It’s really discouraging and frustrating this situation.

Played since beta without issues.
It all started with the Vykas update. After that update i started to get the “EAC offline” errors 3 times a day :
1st : Between 7pm and 8pm.
2nd : Between 0.00am - 1am.
3rd : Between 4am-5am.
Paris time (UTC+2).
This happens every single day since the Vykas update. From Saturday to Thursday last week i noticed a small upgrade as out of the 3 “daily” disconnects i had, only 1 persisted (the 4am-5am one). But after this Wednesday maintenance, the 3 errors are back at around the same time as usual.
Im able to play and do most content if i try to avoid these moments where i know the EAC error might happen, but this issue is 100% on your end AGS and as a company running servers services like AWS i cant explain to myself how you are not able to fix this.
Help your players, please.

Do you wanna know why you have seen a decline. Its because the people getting the error gave up because lack of communication.
The error still exists and will exist.

No issues from February until 4 weeks ago. Disconnect now every 5 to 45 minutes, every time I try to play. I have tried all of the suggestions on the site, none of them work for me.

I had it sometimes in the past, but I’ve fixed by switching to my father in law’s wifi internet signal (my desktop has wifi). It never became a problem for me cause I’ve been fixing it when it happens this way, but really close friends are unable to play for the last three weeks cause of that, and honestly, I’d feel deeply embarrassed by coming here and not being able to provide a real fix for it.
I know this is not your fault, or any other CM, but come on, AGS… Is not like we were talking about a small company. Three weeks for this friend of mine… Months for others… Come on.

I didn’t had any before this week update.
Yesterday i had both the errors:

I haven’t had a chance to play much today yet, but it seems that my ISP yesterday was having some jitter issues. So far today i haven’t had any issues besides some ping spikes ( going from 15 to 300ish).

That’s true here at least, i’ve been able to play for some time this week. Still getting some DCs but i can actually play for more than 5 minutes. Thanks for working on it, hope you guys can fix it for good since some players are still suffering a lot from this.

Can only play using a vpn like Noping or Exitlag, otherwise it’s 5 minutes DC everytime.

I just want to add that we can take into account there are fewer reports because people basically quit instead of indefinitely reporting it in this echo chamber. Me, for instance. Been providing a daily report on this error on my forum thread but I got ignored. Doubt anyone would follow these miserable steps.

Before the patch i had uninstalled the game and uninstalled eac. then used the combataiblity setting under properties to detect any errors. after reinstalling both i was able to play until thursday 20220804 when i got my first eac since monday 20220801. today when i logged in i got my first spelp error after around 5 mintues of being logged in. i have had EAC offline since two week after the vykas update. I hope this helps.

I would say they are worse since the last update. Nothing works: repairing EAC, verifying integrity, WARP, wifi, hardwire. I have continued to get both errors and have lost tens of thousands of gold because I can’t trust that I can do raids without crashing.

Please refer to my Updates from yesterday and wednesday about my errors and observation. Hopefully it will help.
Update: Logged onto server menu and saw Mari status as ‘Good’ and logged in with no VPN on and using my ISP instead of my 5G phone. I’m not encountering any DC’s or EAC errors. Its been a hour already. @Roxx @Mutato @Shadow_Fox
